Monthly service provides you a technician with 5 years minimum in field service and water treatment education with delivery of all water treatment chemicals and removal of empty containers.

Monthly Analysis of Treated Water

You receive a monthly analysis of the waters being treated. Worth Hydrochem personally makes routine adjustments, calibrations, and cleanings of sensors for the water treatment controllers.

*Repairs to controllers will be performed at no charge to the customer. However, parts will be charged for and are not included in the service contract.

Routine Circulation Water System Inspections

Worth Hydrochem visually checks distribution pans, pumps and other components of the circulation water system for needed repairs during routine inspections. Worth Hydrochem will notify proper maintenance supervisors of any problems noted.

24 Hour On-Call Technicians

Technicians are on call 24 hours a day, and we never charge for call outs. If equipment fails or chemical containers need replenishing, Worth Hydrochem will provide chemicals and labor as needed for no additional charge.

On-Site Tower Inspection

If notified by management, Worth Hydrochem will be on site when towers are cleaned or when heat exchangers are opened for cleaning and/or inspection. A written report will be submitted detailing the conditions of the equipment and recommended actions. Worth Hydrochem supplies you with all Material Safety Data Sheets and product flyers as mandated by OSHA, prior to delivery.
